Thank you for visiting and shopping at AVS Flowers.
At the time of your first subscription purchase, you will be charged for the subscription service of your choice at checkout.
Bi-Monthly subscriptions will be charged twice a month. Deliveries will be made the first and third week of the month, between Tuesday and Thursday. You will be charged for the subscription service a week before the delivery.
Monthly subscriptions will be charged once a month. Deliveries will be made on the second week of the month, between Tuesday and Thursday. You will be charged for the subscription service a week before the delivery.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped starting from Friday, 12:00 PM EST through Sunday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or nationally observed US holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
There may be an item(s) that will go on backorder before your order is fulfilled. If this occurs, we will alert you via email. Please note that items ordered together may not be delivered at the same time.
In the event that your order includes a backordered item, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the item.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
*Free shipping on orders of $250 or more.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Shipping methods and delivery times
AVS products are shipped to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. through our shipping partners, FedEx and USPS. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
AVS Flowers will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible.
We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Please allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
